Shipping for 7", 12" or LP records inside Germany is 4.50eur (up to 2kg).We also can ship regular letters If you have only one 7", 12" or LP .
Shipping for 7" 12" or LP inside Europe is regularly 6.90eur via registrated letter. Shipping rate depends on quantity & weight of purchase. You should get your fitting rate at your order checkout.

What is your return policy?
All records can be returned for a full refund minus the return shipping cost within 14 days of shipping date. !! Sealed records can only be returned when its still sealed !!
How do you pack and ship your records?
All records are packed with cardboard stiffeners in record mailers.
Are you selling original vinyl or reissues?
We sell reissues & original vinyl but the majority of the records on the site are original pressings. All vinyl is original unless it is noted in the description.
Do you guarantee your records?
We guarantee every item we sell to be accurately listed. We endeavor to provide superior service, but if we make an error, we’ll make every effort to make it right.
We also know the common problem about grading vinyl. At least everyone have a slight diffrent view of what grading does tell you about condition of a record. Even if you use the "Goldmine Grading" standarts. Thats why we provide audio previews in 128kbs mp3 format to give you a clear & high quality outlook of what you are buying.
